What's a good location for a deli?

Where do you think would be a better location for a deli. A destination location (where people specifically go to your place), a location with high pedestrian traffic, or a location with heavy vehicle traffic. Is it okay if you are in a location with no foot traffic and bad parking, but have loyal customers. Can my business still grow? Thank you!
