Bike trails in Miami or Fort Lauderdale area?

I am from Broward and I love Miami but you aren't from here so do not go to Miami for bike riden. You will get mugged. Broward has some nice places I am not sure where but I know there are some. You will love it. If you go to Miami go to South Beach. Very nice.
