How do visitation rights work when custodial parent and child moved to VA from OH?
Mother, Father, and Daughter all live in Ohio. Mother has custody, father NEVER made an attempt to see his daughter for over 2 years. Mother has been receiving child support from Father for 6 months now, and is owed back child support. Mother and child move to Virginia. Father fails to appear at his back child support court hearing, and hires an attourney. We (mother and boyfriend) are afraid the father will want visitation right, and we do not know how that will work. Does anyone know what Ohio's laws are concerning this? Thanks
