Creatine 4 weeks on 8 weeks off?
If i were to buy a creatine and i used about (or less) than the recommended dose and i used it with a 4 week on 8 week off regiment, while drinking (if not more than) one gallon of water a day (i lift for about 2 hours mon-fri, strictly resistance training [if you dont know what that is please dont answer this question]) im 16 1/2 and i have been lifting for about 2 years now. I do plenty of research on muscles and stuff and i get a lot advice, some more reputable than others, but i wanted to know if my creatine plan sounds feasible and safe. I take true-m (protein powder) after i lift and i take no-xplode before i lift (following the recommended dosage and stuff). I am 6'3 and a half and weigh 183 lbs...does my plan sound like i know what the hell i am doing? Should i do it? help from people who know what they are talking about is welcomed.
