I need to censor the language on a dvd so I can show it at school what's the best method?

I need to show a movie that has swear words in school and my teacher doesn't want the swear words audible so I need to find some way to copy the dvd onto my computer, edit out the swear words, and burn it onto a dvd to take to school. Does anyone know the best way to go about this? I have dvd decrypter which will allow me to rip the copy of the dvd onto my computer. Im thinking the best way would be to use dvd decrypter and seperate the audio and video track and censor the audio track in audacity or something and then combine it back with the video track and burn it onto a disc. I dont really know what program will combine the video back to the audio though. Can anyone help me out?
