How do I get this guy to stop bothering me?

The guy on the right side of my locker is SOO annoying. Whenever im at my locker, he comes up2 me and opens his locker so his locker door covers my locker so i can't get to mine. i've tryed everything i can think of, from ignoring him to saying something snappy. he and his friends always laugh and just stand there. ive also been late2 cl many times because of this, and im becoming hopeless. help me please!!
