Question is really not clear. I strongly suggest you add more details or call a travel agent in your country to answer the specifics. There are nile cruises indeed, but there are different types and go to different places. Some move between luxor and aswan,while others move in the region behind the high dam. Nile cruises in Cairo, well there are floating restaurants and feluccas!
