The house I am renting is being foreclosed. What should I do?

Talk to the landlord. I would hope they intend on keeping it if they just moved you in. Service happens very early in the foreclosure process in Florida. My advise is to talk to him and ask him when it will no longer be in foreclosure. On the service notice you received there is a case #. If you call the Orange County Clerk of Court and ask for a status of that "case #" they can tell you. Including if the case has been closed or "dismissed" based on him bringing the loan current. This can take a while for it to show with the clerk but you can check up on him and see if it is out of foreclosure. What you do is up to you but there is a way to check on the status of the foreclosure. It is perfectly legal, as all the information is of public record. Good luck.
