I need to make a film but not sure where to start?

Sell the screenplay to a producer or find someone in film school willing to take it on as a project. Films require specialized skills. You will need a director, cinematographer, casting agent, actors, equipment etc. By the time you are done you are looking at a large project for even a short film.
