What do you guys think my friend should do.?

My best friend she is in gr.9 now,she liked this one guy since gr.5 and she still likes him.I kinda am surprised that she still likes until today,He is pretty hott,but anyway. I get along with him pretty well and she wanted me to tell him that she liked him,anyway I was about to tell him that she liked him,but thank god I didn't tell him. Cuz he was talking **** about her,calling her fat and ugly and he said that she was a stalker.Anyway I wanted to kick his *** when I heard that,Cuz my friend is shy,she isn't really ahem pretty,but i don't give a ****,cuz she's been there through thick and thin,but anyway,she is pissed off becuz I never asked him out for her,but I can't tell her that the guy she likes thinks she's ugly,fat, and a stalker.That would be mean.But she is pissing me off,yelling at me telling me I'm not a good friend and blah blah blah.Anyway I can't tell her the truth that's not an option,and That guy is a jack-*** I don't get what she see's in him,other then that he's hot
