Why cant i find masturbating pleasurable?!!!?

ok in one of my questions i asked wat does an feel like and a lot of u answered saying that if im to young for i should try masturbating!! but iv only tried that 2 times and every time i tried to (you know) it never pleasured me!!! i even tried touching the places that wer turned on the most but i didnt like it and it kind of hurt a little bit but not a lot!!! ppl say it feels great but how come it doesnt for me? am i doing something wrong? wat am i supposed to do that would really work? plz plz give details cuz this is important!!!
