Does anyone know where to buy black salve?

My mom and I, as well as several friends, have been to many pharmacies and other places, including websites, looking for black salve. Although there have been many products, my mom is looking for a very specific type. It looks like a stick (or cigar) and you have to light it with a match, melt it onto a band-aid, then put that on your finger to remove the sliver. She is desperate and will not except any other kind. We'd all appreciate it so much if someone could help us. Please.
