Help!!!!!!!my windows xp hs a big issue....device manager..networks everything is lost?

help there is something wrong in my computer...i used windows system advance care to clean up n optimize and i dont know what has happend screen colour seems changed and my wifi aint showing up it says windows uses other device to connect when i opened device manager nothing shows up same in my network places its blank.SYSTEM RESTORE IS NOT WORKING
