Recruiting center drama?

Ok is the army like this once Im in, because my recruiting center is pissing me off! All 4 recruiters talk crap and spread rumors about each other behind their backs. Most of the other recruits aren't the southern boys or kids from the ghetto, or people interested in the military, they are mostly spoiled frat boys that cant find a job and decide they wanted to be in the military, they also spread rumors and start crap. Also every week for future soldiers training I am always getting smoked by the recruiters for not bringing in referrals. This recruiting center seems to stress me out, is this how the army is?
